She is known for designing and delivering high-impact training programs, facilitating executive retreats, and guiding organizations through complex operational and legal changes with clarity and confidence.
Throughout her career, Julie has led HR strategy across multi-property portfolios, implemented enterprise-wide payroll and learning systems, and supported diverse workforces, including large seasonal teams and international visa programs such as H-2B and J-1. Her work has consistently strengthened employee engagement, streamlined operations, and enhanced compliance across fast-paced environments.
