Julie Taylor Soltes is a seasoned Human Resources executive and organizational development leader with more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She is known for designing and delivering high-impact training programs, facilitating executive retreats, and guiding organizations through complex operational and legal changes with clarity and confidence.

Throughout her career, Julie has led HR strategy across multi-property portfolios, implemented enterprise-wide payroll and learning systems, and supported diverse workforces, including large seasonal teams and international visa programs. Her work has consistently strengthened employee engagement, streamlined operations, and enhanced compliance across fast-paced environments.

Now as the founder of JTS HR Consulting, Julie brings her collaborative leadership style and passion for building people-first workplaces to organizations that seek practical solutions and transformative results.
